Signage and Branding
With several high profile events industry sponsors, 7 zones, exhibitor and visitor ticketing areas, two seminar rooms and a live production stage the signage for this event was crucial to ensure a positive visitor experience. Starting outside the building iDola provided sturdy welcome signs and a window graphic with the RSVP brand themes to welcome the visitors into the building. The reception area carried this distinctive RSVP branding through into the main hall maintaining the impact you would expect for an events industry event.
Saturn Sky-ring
But the best was yet to come. When visitors entered the main hall of the exhibition and they were struck with a huge 8m branding bonanza in the way of the Saturn sky ring. This was the first bit of branding to be installed into the hall and the double fabric skin on lightweight aluminium structure was hoisted into the large open ceiling of the Business Design Centre on electronic hoists. Whilst it was made of fabric it looked very crisp and clear and really as branding goes it was hard to miss this 8m beauty!
Installation
iDola were on hand to install all 50+ signs, window graphics, floor standing signs, timetables and branding in the tight build up time frame, supplying all H&S and Method statements in advance to the organisers.
